Sony Xperia Z3

Sony Xperia Z3

The Xperia Z3v is a great smartphone, but Sony had to ditch a design refresh to deliver a unique device on Verizon. The resulting phone looks more like the older z2, while adding features such as Qi wireless charging and not advisable to curry favor with Verizon bloatware. The Z3 valid today makes its US debut concentrated on T-Mobile, one of the few carriers remained Sony courses over the past few years. The Z3 is slightly more expensive than competing flagships to $ 630 (or 24 monthly payments of $ 26.25), but it is better developed than the Galaxy S5, takes better pictures than the one (M8), and has a longer battery life than the LG G3. Like its counterpart Verizon, well-rounded feature set of the Z3 and polished experience make it one of the best flagship smartphone in T-Mobile.

Design, Features, and Quality Call
We liked Z3v, even with more languages dated design, but better still Z3 right look. It is noticeably slimmer and lighter at 5.75 by 2.83 by 0.29 inches (HWD) and 5.36 ounces. The rounded corners are made from a single piece of aluminum, instead of nylon with aluminum panels. Both feel more comfortable to hold and a bit more premium. Also makes curvature of the edges easier to open the flaps covering the micro USB port and microSD slot card. Small details make the difference here. The Z3 rivals the M8 to fit and finish, and blows away the Galaxy S5 in terms of build quality.

The 5.2-inch, 1920-by-1080-pixel IP LCD display looks the same as used in Z3v. It is not too bright or dark as full HD AMOLED display of Galaxy S5, but the color and white balance are more accurate rendering. Front facing stereo speakers get pretty loud without sounding too harsh around YouTube video sharing, not room-filling music.

IP65 and IP68 Water- and dust-proof rating, the Z3 can withstand being submerged in 4.9 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes, provided the port of the cover is securely closed. It worked as advertised in our tests, shaking off a session at the bottom of a vase of water. Not be able to use the touch screen, but allows the physical camera shutter to take pictures underwater. The Z3 loses the Qi wireless charging compatibility of its counterpart Verizon, rather than remain proprietary docking contact Sony at the left side of the phone.
